The hotel met my needs exceptionally well, and my stay was quite relaxing. the venue boasts absolutely amazing views and a fantastic location, especially in the restaurant. the superior room I stayed in was fabulous, and the service was marvellous—nothing was too much trouble.

No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations, can recommend it. This was a gorgeous family-friendly hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was very amiable and patient and made us feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were well-equipped and absolutely fabulous. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. A good choice of food for breakfast, everything was excellent. Superb services were available, including a complimentary wake-up service. I had very nice days staying at this family-friendly hotel.

We enjoyed very much the poolfacilities, bathrobes and bathtowels and we were surprised by the good food! The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was very convenient to visit Padua and to make some other trips.

Our room was a bit close to where the mud (fango) "factory" which also works in the night with the lights on. So if you want to sleep with your window open it make quite some noise and the light might be disturbing...

The beds were comfortable, and the room featured an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The service was great, and I enjoyed the nice pool. I had a relaxing stay and would happily go back again.

This hotel is more what I would class as nearly 5 star. The facilites are excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The staff all look like they like working here and it has a great family feel to it. Wonderful I liked it so much I stayed for another two days

The hotel boasts a welcoming reception with knowledgeable staff to help with directions. the grounds are well-maintained and outdoor pool area is divine. Breakfast is plentiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with quality amenities like robes and a minibar.

The wifi and cabled internet connections are unreliable, limited to the lobby and allow for only three hours of internet use.

Having an outdoor pool was fantastic! We had a great experience with the staff and the food was top-notch, no complaints at all. It was awesome being just a 10-minute walk from Cristoforo Colombo. 🌟

The Christmas ambiance was just amazing! the lights and decorations in the lobby were adorable. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with a smile. the indoor and outdoor pools were really relaxing, with warm water and great facilities. the location was really convenient, close to some key attractions and with a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. the food was great, with delicious options for everyone's taste.

The room was not very well insulated, so it was a bit cold at night. We also found the bed to be quite hard and uncomfortable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the stunning gardens, beautiful pools with warm thermal water, fantastic breakfast, and friendly staff who made us feel at home. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, and we were able to easily park our car on site. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore nearby cities by train.
